What is End of Life Coaching?
Did you know that 64% of people do not make a will? Or that we are now living much longer than ever? The one certainty in our lives is that we are going to die. Less certain is when that will be. Many of us are living to a very old age, which increases our chances of suffering degenerative diseases such as dementia and cardiovascular disease.
Are you concerned about what may happen during the last years of your life when you may experience less mobility or mental capacity than you have now? Is it important you know your loved ones will be provided for after your death and that your wealth and possessions are distributed as you wish?
Coaching provides designated time to reflect, explore and think through issues which might be more difficult to discuss with members of the family or friends, or to grapple with alone.
End of Life Coaching can support you to:
- make a will
- consider lasting power of attorney
- plan for your later years
If you are terminally ill or have suffered a bereavement, I can also help you with tasks such as making memory boxes, creating memorials or emptying a house, and provide practical support as you deal with them.
End of Life Coaching is a coaching practise established in 2007 and based in Oxford, UK.
